He was fantastic – always super responsive and really knew his stuff, explaining the whole process clearly and answering all of our questions promptly. Now, two months in, we’re thrilled to have a zero TEP bill. Plus, our inspector even commented that the solar installation was the best he’d ever seen!   Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Icon Power. From the start, Jordan was fantastic – he took the time to really explain everything and helped us find the perfect solar system for our needs. Once the installation began, Sterling and his team were absolutely brilliant; they were incredibly skilled and proactive, making all the necessary adjustments on the spot.   Overall, we had a really positive experience with Icon Power. We chose them initially because of their excellent warranty, and they definitely delivered on that front. The process started back in January 2022, and they got the installation done in March, with power generation beginning in May. Throughout the whole thing, Icon was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us through the often-complicated permitting process. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but they responded quickly and resolved everything. It’s clear they stand behind their product and their team, and I especially love being able to monitor our system in real time through the Solar Edge platform – it’s fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend Icon Power to anyone thinking about going solar. report abuse
