  “Unfortunately, the work done on the Critter Guards was really lacking. They didn’t properly install them and, when we asked them to address the accumulated debris, dead birds, and nests before redoing the installation, they simply sealed everything in. Worse, they didn’t even clean under the solar panels themselves, leaving a gap that’s still allowing animals to access the area. I’ve attached photos showing this unfinished ‘fix,’ and I wish I could provide video evidence of the ongoing issues – the live bird and the nest still present. Now, they’re being unresponsive and difficult to reach, making it incredibly frustrating to get this resolved.” report abuse

It was fantastic to know exactly what to expect at each stage, and everything went exactly as promised. Ty and his crew did a brilliant job with the installation; they were so professional and friendly, and even took the time to be nice to our dog! They kept us fully updated throughout the day, and, importantly, left the place spotless.
