  Overall, the installation work and the quality of the windows and doors were really solid – they did a good job. However, the biggest issue has been the follow-up on the final installation. We’ve been waiting over a year to get a concrete date for them to return and complete the work, and it’s been incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with them. At this point, I’m seriously considering this a lost opportunity and learning that it’s best to hold back on a full upfront payment and only pay 90% until the job is fully finished. report abuse

  I’m absolutely thrilled with my new windows from Advanced Window Systems! The installation team, Sean and David, were fantastic – incredibly professional, polite, and they even left the job site cleaner than they found it.
