  We’re absolutely thrilled with the recent window replacement project! After years of dealing with the elements, it became clear we needed to update our windows. Working with Tim Brien from Pella of Traverse City was fantastic – he really took the time to assess our needs and work with our contractor to create a plan that perfectly balanced standard and custom sizes while still respecting the original character of our home, all without exceeding our budget. We ended up replacing over 75% of the windows, and the installation, including those two large custom windows, was seamless.   Ryan Fraser-Lee did a great job helping us choose and purchase our new windows. We’d done some research on Pella products ourselves, but really, it was Ryan’s knowledge and genuine interest that made the biggest difference.   I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had with Pella of Traverse City. From the start, Aaron Lowe was fantastic – so helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions throughout the whole window selection process, even after the purchase. We’re spreading out our purchases to fit our budget, and Aaron never once pushed us to buy more than we needed.
