  I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Aaron and the team at The Window Source. I hired them to replace some windows at my cabin up north near Traverse City, and I was really impressed with their professionalism. As someone who doesn’t spend much time at my cabin, I was a little anxious about scheduling the installation. But they were incredibly reliable – they showed up exactly when we’d agreed and finished the job quickly and efficiently.   I couldn't be happier with Window Source. They offered fantastic prices on really high-quality windows that fit my budget perfectly. What really stood out was their professionalism – they didn't try to undermine other businesses and they did a truly excellent job with the installation, even cleaning up completely afterward. Any minor issues we’ve had have been resolved incredibly quickly, usually within a day. Honestly, I’ve heard some negative comments about their competition, but I believe those are just unfair criticisms.   Overall, I was really impressed with The Window Source. I placed a fairly small order – just two windows – but they treated me with a level of respect and service that felt just as good as dealing with a much bigger customer. They were incredibly responsive, getting back to me within a month, and the installers, Ben and Anthony, were fantastic. They were prompt, professional, really friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Plus, they left the whole work area spotless.   I recently replaced my windows through the Window Source, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I’d heard great things from two of their previous customers, which prompted me to do some research and contact Adam. Aaron was fantastic – he really took the time to understand my needs and budget as a senior on a fixed income, and helped me find the perfect windows. The installation was incredibly timely, and my new windows look absolutely fantastic, both inside and out. I was a little surprised by the efficiency of the one-man crew, David, who completed the job in just six hours – a truly impressive feat! He was incredibly professional, polite, and worked tirelessly, even in the 90+ degree heat. A big thank you also to David in the office for his helpful scheduling assistance. However, Ben from Window Source was fantastic – he was incredibly patient and really showed me a different, and ultimately much better, installation method.
