Dominic was absolutely fantastic – truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He went above and beyond, taking the time to make my wife, my child, and even my dogs feel welcome. He patiently walked us through every single step, making sure we understood everything completely. It was incredibly transparent and felt genuinely caring. Ron and his team were incredibly efficient – they got right to work as soon as they arrived, skipping breakfast and immediately tackling the installation of GRIZZLY. Since I had a 27-year-old gas furnace and blower, they replaced both the indoor and outdoor units, which was fantastic.

Thankfully, Alaskan AC responded quickly and scheduled a technician to come out the next morning at 8 AM.
