  “I was really pleased with the whole experience – from start to finish, getting my condo’s AC unit replaced was fantastic. Pat was incredibly helpful and clearly knew his stuff, and I got a great price. Then Dustin and his team did an absolutely brilliant job with the installation. They were all so polite, kept me well informed throughout the process, and they even took the time to clean up thoroughly.   “I was really pleased with the service I received when purchasing my home in 2017. The air conditioning installation was fantastic, and my electric bill, even with the pool, was only around $225 a month.   “I’m really disappointed with this experience. We’ve been loyal customers for 15 years, always with a maintenance plan, and it’s frustrating to have our AC suddenly stop cooling. We ended up paying $2800 for new parts, but the problem persists. To make matters worse, the repairs actually caused other issues to fail. However, I do want to give credit where it’s due – Tyler was fantastic, coming out on a Sunday to diagnose the second problem and get everything resolved quickly. Despite the overall negative outcome, I’m seriously considering switching AC providers after this.” report abuse

  “I had an absolutely fantastic experience with TEP Temperature Control. From the initial consultation all the way through the installation, everyone – the sales consultant, the tech team, and even the crane operators – was professional and knowledgeable. I was really impressed that they could make the Premium Bosch Heat Pump and Temperature Control system work for me, and it ended up being surprisingly affordable compared to standard 2-stage HVACs. They expertly retrofitted it into my existing setup, working seamlessly with my cathedral ceiling and roof. The Bosch system itself is incredibly quiet and easy to use, and it’s running perfectly so far. Plus, with the rebates and energy credits, it’s a really efficient investment.   “I was so impressed with Temperature Control – especially during a really stressful time for me. They responded incredibly quickly and provided clear communication, letting me know exactly when the technician, Eli, would arrive and giving me an estimated time. Eli himself was fantastic – he was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand my problem before offering a solution. He was thorough in his troubleshooting and made sure everything was completely fixed. He really went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved properly.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the service Temperature Control provided, particularly with the recent plumbing issues we had at our rental property. Cesar was fantastic – he really took the stress out of a major project involving extensive re-piping and some demolition. What impressed us most was his communication; he kept us and our tenants fully informed throughout the entire process, and his positive attitude and attention to detail made a genuinely smooth and surprisingly comfortable experience.   Overall, we were really pleased with Temperature Control’s work on our A/C installation. They offered a competitive price, but what really stood out was how thoroughly they explained everything – we felt completely comfortable with the whole process. They were also fantastic about keeping us updated, sending texts to let us know when they were arriving. The installation itself went really smoothly, and they left the area spotless, which we appreciated. The only downside was that they accidentally extinguished the pilot light while connecting the furnace, and unfortunately, they forgot to turn the water heater back on, so we were without hot water the next morning. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but we’ll definitely be using them again – they're a reliable and professional company. report abuse

  “We absolutely recommend Temperature Control – they were fantastic! My husband and I hired them to address our air conditioning issues, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, they were incredibly reliable and honest, and they really took the time to explain our options, whether it was repair or replacement. We ultimately decided to replace our air conditioner because of a refrigerant leak, and it was great that they confirmed this diagnosis with other companies. Jeff and Pat were amazing! Jeff was so patient, walking us through everything and answering all our questions, which really helped us feel confident in our decision. Pat then came the next day to handle the contract. But it was the team of Eddie and Sonny who really went above and beyond. They worked tirelessly, even during a really hot spell, installing the new line-set, air conditioner, and furnace – which was a tricky job with the furnace in our attic. They were so careful, even coordinating with a crane to get the equipment into our backyard! They were incredibly respectful of our home and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. We still have a date scheduled to get some drywall repaired in the closet, but honestly, from the initial estimate all the way through the completion of the work, Temperature Control was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient.
