Adrian was fantastic – he really took the time to understand exactly what we were hoping to achieve with the new concrete, and he offered some great suggestions on how to get the look we wanted while also keeping costs down. From the start, everything was incredibly organized. We agreed on a firm price and payment schedule upfront, and Adrian stuck to it perfectly. Plus, his crew actually started the work a little earlier than originally planned, which was a huge relief. I really appreciated knowing exactly what was happening and when. What really stood out was how responsive they were to the unexpected challenges. They tackled the foundation repairs with such skill, seamlessly integrating them with the new concrete, even though it wasn’t perfect the first time. Rodolfo was particularly impressive – he quickly identified the issue and made a completely new repair within a week!   “I absolutely loved working with Dunkan Concrete! Adrian, the owner, was fantastic – he was so involved in the whole project, patiently answering all my questions and really building my confidence. They installed two concrete slabs for me – a 12’x12’ one and a larger 50’x12’ – and the final result is just incredible. The crew was professional, hardworking, and incredibly skilled. The process itself took three days, and everything was done so smoothly. Honestly, despite being one of the pricier quotes I got, the quality of the work was outstanding. The slabs are perfectly level, spotless, and exactly what I envisioned. They not only beautifully restored our sidewalk with a concrete overlay, but they also tackled a really unsightly wall in our front yard that had been driving us nuts.
