  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the driveway work done by Escalante Concrete on the Sahuarita Acres homes. From the start, the quality was shockingly poor. They didn’t even bother compacting the ground or using proper foundation preparation – just poured the concrete slabs without any rebar. Now, just two weeks later, the concrete is already cracking, sinking, and lifting. This is happening with both the newly built homes that haven't even been sold, and it’s truly unacceptable. We’ve been fighting with them and DR Horton for over a year to get this fixed, but they simply refused to acknowledge the problem, claiming the cracking was normal. It was clear to see – you could practically move dirt with your hand! After finally ripping out a panel, they begrudgingly added rebar just around the edges, but it didn't address the widespread issues with the rest of the driveway. Even one of their workers admitted the quality was “unacceptable” and brought it to their manager’s attention, but no one seemed to care. Honestly, it feels like they’re cutting corners and not standing behind their work. The cost of their services doesn’t come close to matching the poor quality. I’d strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere – you’ll end up with a huge headache and a driveway that’s falling apart.” report abuse

  “I’m very concerned about the company’s behavior. Their trucks have been repeatedly parking on neighboring properties and showing a disregard for private land.
