  “I contacted Ram Jack based on their advertised no-obligation evaluation service, and while Brian was professional and took photos of the issues I was concerned about, I was ultimately disappointed. He explained they’d send the photos to their team, but I never received a written evaluation report as promised. It seemed like a misleading advertisement, and I’d advise anyone considering using Ram Jack to double-check their website to ensure they’re actually offering a full evaluation.” report abuse
