  Ian and Tim were absolutely fantastic – so knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything in a way that was really easy to understand. Plus, they were really funny and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable! What really stood out was their honesty; they clearly explained that we didn't need any repairs right now, and even gave us great advice on what to watch out for in the future.   “We were really struggling to decide whether to move forward with AZ Foundation Solutions’ plan, which was over $10,000. Luckily, Pat, the owner, took the time to come out and thoroughly inspect our house – completely free of charge. He was so much more knowledgeable and experienced than the salesperson we spoke with, and I never felt pressured to commit to anything. Instead, he focused on genuinely understanding our situation and whether their foundation piers were the right solution. Ultimately, he determined our house wasn't structurally unsound and advised a cautious, step-by-step approach. This was the complete opposite advice we received from AZFS, which made us question their judgment.   “As a board member of the La Vida Condo Association in Tucson, I can confirm this is the correct company. We’ve been incredibly frustrated trying to get a follow-up reading scheduled – it’s been a two-year process. We invested a significant amount of money – five figures – in the initial reading, and despite numerous emails and phone calls from our president, Nathan, we’re still being given indefinite delays.
