  “We absolutely loved working with Stetson Painting! Jerry and his team – David and Louis – recently finished painting our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and it’s the third time we’ve used their services. We originally found them through our realtor, and we’ve been so impressed with their professionalism and expertise that we’ve become a loyal customer. Everyone – Jerry, Ashley, David, Louis, and even the bookkeeping team – was incredibly easy to work with, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, reliable. We were a little hesitant to schedule the project during COVID-19, but Stetson Painting worked with us to create a flexible payment plan. The quality of their work was outstanding – they really took the time to address the exposed wood, especially around the new windows, and the whole job was just exceptionally thorough.   “Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this project. While the final result – particularly the wall work – was good, the process itself was a real struggle. There were a lot of inconsistencies with the crew, and it really disrupted the flow of the work. Jerry estimated a 4-5 day job, but due to changing people, it dragged on. He also massively over-ordered ceiling paint, costing me an extra $250, and he wouldn’t even acknowledge the mistake. What really bothered me was that Jerry didn't seem to follow the manufacturer's instructions – he skipped the crucial time between coats on the kitchen cabinets, even though I’d specifically pointed it out to him during the initial walkthrough. He just pushed ahead, and it showed in the finished product. It felt like he was unwilling to adapt his plan based on the details. I appreciate that the price was fair, but honestly, the poor customer experience – and Jerry's refusal to admit any errors – made the whole thing incredibly stressful. I'm not sure how the cabinets will hold up long-term, and I’ll be watching closely.” report abuse

They completely transformed our exterior, patching the stucco, priming it perfectly for painting, and then applied a beautiful, color-integrated paint job. They also took care of sealing all the wood on our patios. What really stood out was how confident we felt leaving the project in their hands. They kept us updated, delivered an outstanding product on time and within budget, and even addressed a few minor touch-ups quickly and efficiently to ensure we were 100% satisfied.   “I’d definitely recommend Stetson Painting – the initial work they did on my garage was fantastic. Jerry came out, assessed the situation with the old sealant and rust, and provided a clear, reasonable estimate. The two painters, Francesco and Gilbert, were truly excellent; they were incredibly thorough, carefully prepping the surface and even replacing all the popped nails with screws as I requested. They did a fantastic job with the paint, including protecting my solar panels and meticulously hand-painting the trim. The final result is absolutely beautiful. However, I was disappointed with a recent follow-up call. While the original work was superb, their response to a small issue – needing better sealant applied – was a bit standoffish and they didn’t offer any real assistance. Despite that, I’m still very happy with the overall job.” report abuse
