  “I’m incredibly frustrated with Arizona Southwest Solar. Back in June, I invested $20,000 in a solar system, and it’s still not functioning properly. Shortly after they worked on my meter, the equipment caught fire. Instead of fixing their mistake, they attempted to get the utility company to cut off my power or demanded thousands more dollars to resolve the damage they caused. They left my electrical system completely exposed with loose wires and an open electrical box, and they didn't even address the wires they damaged while digging. To add to the problems, the solar panels are installed at an inefficient angle. It’s been a truly terrible experience.” report abuse
