Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the provided text: “I’m really concerned about this review. The email address used to post it isn’t one I’ve ever used with this company, and frankly, I’ve never done business with them. The review itself – praising their system and installation – seems completely fabricated. It’s a glowing five-star recommendation of a system I wasn’t even involved with.”

“I was really pleased with Ed Ortiz’s work installing our surge protector and EV car charger. He did a fantastic job – really professional and I’d definitely recommend Southwest Solar to anyone looking for similar services.”
-
Shane and his team were fantastic – really friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain everything they were doing, and he was knowledgeable about the new electrical features. What really stood out was that instead of trying to upsell me, he actually fixed the existing fan, which was a huge relief. I’d definitely recommend them!
-
I was really frustrated with my experience. I scheduled Shane to complete some important repairs, but the soonest available appointment was a week away. On the day of the appointment, he called last minute saying there was an emergency and cancelled. He then didn’t show up the next morning, didn’t call or send a message, and we ended up waiting for hours with no contact. It was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing to have our time wasted like this.
-
Overall, I’m really pleased with our decision to go solar. While we weren’t primarily motivated by cost savings, it’s been fantastic to stabilize our electricity bill, and we’re still saving money too. Jason did a great job, especially considering our HOA – he positioned the panels at the back of the house so they’re not visible from the street unless you’re flying over or in the yard, which was really important to me.
-
“I wholeheartedly recommend this company – the owners are fantastic, genuinely caring people who treat their employees really well. It’s a great place to work, and I’d definitely recommend them for a solar installation.”
-
“Overall, the quality of the work they produced was solid, but unfortunately, communication was a significant issue. They didn’t complete the project as originally agreed upon in the contract, and I’ve had to bring in another company to finish the job.”
-
I unfortunately can’t recommend doing business with this company. My experience was deeply disappointing – they weren’t upfront and honest, and I ultimately had to take legal action to resolve the situation, which they settled outside of court.
-
“Arizona Southwest Solar completely eliminated my electric bill – it’s honestly a dream come true and we couldn’t be happier with the results.”
-
“We were really pleased with the electrical service – they were prompt, professional, and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. We’ll definitely be using them again.”
