  “Jose was fantastic – he really took the time to explain everything upfront, walking us through the whole process and giving us a realistic timeline. The team of Diego, Daniel, and Presley arrived on time the next day and did a brilliant job with the plumbing work. They were incredibly professional, really clean and efficient, and worked together like a well-oiled machine! We were especially impressed with their knowledge and how they ensured the work was top quality, getting the plumbing and water flowing perfectly while also restoring the landscaping back to its original look. They were there from 9:00 am to 6:45 pm. Jose even stopped by afterward to do a final walkthrough and finalize payment – it was a really smooth and positive experience.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received. The two guys who came out this morning were fantastic – really friendly, easy to talk to, and they clearly explained everything about the repair from start to finish. They were also really careful and kept the mess to a minimum. I did have a slightly slow start getting things set up, as the person I spoke to was very busy that day, which I completely understood given their workload. But all in all, they did a great job – I just finished the repair, so hopefully, it holds up! They were professional, efficient, and even good sports about taking a look at the leak. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Airzona Heating and Cooling. Seeing how neat my neighbor’s mini-split installation was made me confident they’d do a fantastic job for us. The project manager and the installers were incredibly professional and meticulous – they really paid attention to detail, which is exactly what I wanted.   I was really impressed with AirZona – I called them ahead of the heatwave to get my AC checked out and the whole experience was fantastic. My technician, Presley, was fantastic – so professional and respectful, and he really took the time to explain everything he was doing. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. After he left, I noticed the house was still a little warm, and Presley immediately came back with Daniel. Both of them were just wonderful – friendly, down-to-earth, and they even took a few minutes to play with my dogs! It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend AirZona – they offer great prices but more importantly, they have truly excellent technicians. I’ll definitely be using them again. report abuse

  “I just wanted to share an update on the work done on my main water line. While SLWA didn’t honor the warranty, I’m incredibly grateful for the response from Zona Plumbing – they’ve been fantastic. Jose Gonzales went above and beyond to get me a fair price, especially considering the warranty company wasn’t covering the issue. He patiently explained all the options and worked out a deal that was half of what the original company charged. Angel and Brian were the technicians who actually did the repairs, and they were both incredibly courteous and meticulous; you’d never have known they had to dig up my front yard! Jose even followed up to check on the work and is coming back tomorrow to oversee the final repair of my driveway.
