  “I was so relieved when the office quickly scheduled an evaluation for the water leak coming from my house. Angel was fantastic – he came out twice, which was necessary because the water department also needed to do some repairs. He really took the time to explain everything to me and showed me exactly what he was doing. Honestly, his patience and expertise were incredible, and I’m so grateful for his help getting the job done right.   I was really frustrated with the experience HomeServe had me working with. They sent a technician out to fix a sewer blockage, and while he was polite, he really only did the bare minimum to try to clear it. He told HomeServe he’d resolved the issue, but that wasn’t true – I still couldn't use any of my drains. Worse, he incorrectly blamed my auxiliary drains when they weren’t actually blocked. It took five days for a different company to completely fix the problem in just 30 minutes. report abuse

  I was incredibly pleased with the work Diego and Brian from AirZona Heating & Cooling did for us. They tackled a really complicated plumbing job – replacing the entire line from the street, dealing with difficult access due to a leak and massive tree roots – and they did it all with a fantastic attitude. They were always punctual, worked incredibly hard, and were just really polite and professional. What really impressed me was how they cleaned up after themselves, hauling away all the debris. I’d absolutely recommend them without hesitation; they were reasonably priced too, and we’re so grateful for their service. report abuse

  “Unfortunately, our experience with this technician was really frustrating. He arrived on time but immediately asked for pictures instead of doing a proper inspection. He then quoted us $500 to fix the flange, which we assumed he’d repair. However, once he actually saw the damage, he claimed the flange was broken, despite us already pointing out the issue. It turned out he was only going to replace the two screws, and the $500 quote was completely unjustified. Then, he had to run to the store for materials and didn’t return, and two other guys finished the job in just 35 minutes, simply adding a top piece. Now the cost has jumped to $900, and we’re dealing with the insurance company to get this resolved. We definitely won’t be using this technician again.” report abuse
