  “We’ve always been pleased with Parker and Sons’ service, which is why we decided to get the monthly membership plan and scheduled a tune-up for our AC. However, the technician was running late, but did call. When he arrived, he immediately asked me to turn the AC up to 65 degrees, which I declined because I wanted to ensure it was cleaned first. He then informed me that cleaning would be an extra charge, and I questioned what exactly a ‘tune-up’ entailed. He explained it involved a pressure check, electrical check, and spraying down the coils to see how cold the house was getting – it sounded a little like a preliminary check-up, like a doctor taking your blood pressure.” report abuse

  “I’ve been really impressed with Parker and Sons. They recently replaced both air conditioners in my duplex – and even took care of removing the old ones under warranty – and that was a huge relief. I appreciate their affordable service plan, as they come out twice a year to check everything is running smoothly, which gives me peace of mind knowing my investment is well-maintained. What really stood out was their responsiveness; they even stepped in when other electricians wouldn’t return our call.   Overall, Parker & Sons provided fantastic service – the technician, Josiah, was truly excellent. He was punctual, efficient, and very professional and friendly. My only reason for not giving a full five stars is that when I booked the appointment, I wasn’t given an estimate of the cost beforehand. I wasn't provided with a quote until Josiah arrived, and I was a little surprised by the $315 price for the garbage disposal replacement. report abuse

  I just wanted to say how incredibly happy I was with the service I received today from Plummer. They were fantastic – really communicative, letting me know exactly when they’d arrive and how long the repair would take. He was so professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which made me feel completely at ease.   I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. From the friendly and helpful office staff to the sales associate and the HVAC installation team, everyone I interacted with went above and beyond. The installers, in particular, were fantastic – they were genuinely willing to assist me with a couple of small issues unrelated to the system, and it was clear they were committed to providing excellent customer service.
