  Jason and his team did a fantastic job for us on the dog turf and carport shade sails. He really listened to what we were looking for and his team was absolutely top-notch – professional, hardworking, and the quality of their work was excellent.   I was really disappointed with my experience with Jason’s crew. They did a good job installing the drip system, but the project was significantly delayed – starting almost a week later than originally promised. Unfortunately, the price was higher than other quotes I received, and I went with Jason based on a recommendation from a friend. After spending nearly $4000, I was shocked to be told I couldn't get a walkthrough of the system without being charged. It was frustrating to be contacted after so many unanswered messages and calls, and the whole situation felt a bit dismissive when I explained I wasn't comfortable with a remote demonstration via FaceTime. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the garden Scott and Jason created for my backyard in the Sam Hughes neighborhood. It was a real mess when I bought the house, but they transformed it into a stunning space. The water management system is brilliant – especially the way they’ve used the rainwater runoff to nourish the new trees.   I’ve been incredibly pleased with Arizona Landshapes’ work over the past eight years. They’ve designed and installed landscapes for two of my homes, and they consistently go above and beyond, really listening to my vision and incorporating it into the design, taking into account the unique conditions of each yard. I absolutely love the results – they’re truly talented and creative. It’s worth noting that they’re a busy team, so response times can be a little slow, but the final product is well worth the wait. report abuse

  Overall, Landshapes did a fantastic job transforming my front yard. They completely revamped the space, removing the overgrown plants and the old tree, and then installed a really cool selection of cacti and shrubs. I was also really pleased with the new irrigation system – it’s much easier to use. While it was a bit of an investment, the speed of the project and the beautiful result make it worthwhile. report abuse

  Jason and his team did a fantastic job transforming our front yard! They expertly extended our irrigation system, carefully relocated our existing plants, added some beautiful cacti and trees, and even installed gorgeous pavers. We were really impressed that they completed everything within the agreed-upon timeframe and the final result looks absolutely amazing. We’d definitely recommend them! report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with this service. The final bill was $800 higher than the original estimate, and worse, the backyard quickly became overgrown with no apparent maintenance. Despite a guarantee of healthy plants, the plants we received were clearly struggling due to a neglected irrigation system – it hadn’t been checked or adjusted in over two months. Communication was also a major issue; I felt completely ignored. Honestly, it's hard to understand how this person is still running a business. report abuse

  “We had a really disappointing experience with this company. Their work was shockingly poor – they essentially had to start over on everything, and we ended up having to pay someone else to fix the mistakes. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with their lack of basic skills, like setting a timer or installing a valve without leaks.” report abuse
