  “I’d give Jason and his team two stars. They did a good job installing the drip system, but the whole experience was really frustrating. The project started significantly later than the initial timeline I was given, and his price was higher than other estimates I’d received. I went with Jason based on a recommendation from a friend. Once the system was installed and costing nearly $4,000, he wouldn’t come out and demonstrate how it works without charging me for the service. It was incredibly inconvenient to have to chase him down with texts and calls, and then he got annoyed when I asked him to show me how it works instead of setting up a video call.” report abuse

  “Scott and Jason did an absolutely fantastic job transforming my backyard! It was really overgrown when I first moved into the Sam Hughes neighborhood, but they designed and installed a beautiful garden that’s really thriving.   “Landshapes did a fantastic job transforming my front yard! They completely revamped the space, removing a lot of overgrown plants and an old tree, and then brought in some really cool cacti and shrubs. Plus, they completely updated the irrigation system – it’s so much easier to use now.   “I was incredibly disappointed with this service. The final cost was $800 higher than the original estimate, and worse, the backyard quickly deteriorated with no apparent maintenance. Despite a guarantee on the plants, they were clearly struggling due to neglected irrigation – it hadn’t been checked or adjusted in two months. Communication was virtually non-existent, which made it really difficult to understand how this person is running a business.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They were frankly rude and didn’t seem to know what they were doing – we ended up having to completely redo the entire job.
