  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I contacted the company last Monday to get a leak checked in my irrigation system, but I never heard back. I followed up on Tuesday and was given a timeframe of Thursday or Friday, but no one ever showed up or even called. I tried again on Friday, and still received no response.   I had a really frustrating experience on November 12th, 2018, while driving on the freeway. A semi-truck was kicking up a massive amount of rocks, and it was incredibly nerve-wracking as cars swerved constantly to avoid getting damaged. Unfortunately, I ended up with four dings on my windshield, and the only response I got was a simple “oops, you’ll have to take care of it yourself.” Now, almost four years later, the owner contacted me, completely dismissing my claims that I’d been hit multiple times. They insisted that it was impossible for me to be hit so many times and that if I’d been just 200 feet back, the situation wouldn't have occurred. It’s frustrating that they didn't acknowledge the open gate, which was contributing to the problem, and that others were also being impacted. report abuse

  Chuck and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with the landscaping. He really listened to what I wanted, and while he explained his vision, I couldn’t help but think about the cost involved. Once he laid out the prices, I decided to go ahead with the whole project. The guys have been incredibly professional and everyone speaks English, which was great. And to top it all off, Chuck himself checked in on the progress – I really appreciate that level of attention! It’s finished ahead of schedule and looks absolutely stunning. report abuse
