“We had a really disappointing experience working with Keystone Masonry LLC on several projects, and unfortunately, we feel compelled to share our honest feedback. From start to finish, we found them to be completely unprofessional and, frankly, quite careless. We hired them for four different jobs – fountain installation, sidewalk repairs, tile and concrete work – and consistently encountered major issues. The quality of their work simply didn't justify their higher prices, and we were repeatedly left with significant messes that took weeks to clean up. Specifically, the fountain installation was a nightmare. They installed it incorrectly, causing multiple leaks that stained the fountain and, despite numerous emails and phone calls, they never returned to fix it properly. Their representative, Samuel, was disorganized and offered explanations that didn't make sense, like blaming a “shifted ground” for a simple sealing error. Beyond the fountain, we had problems with incorrect invoices, payment requests upfront, and a complete inability to reach the owner. One particularly alarming incident involved a sidewalk repair where they accidentally cracked an adjacent sidewalk and, even worse, caused a water line to burst, flooding the street for hours – all without any warning signs or safety precautions. Overall, we strongly advise against working with Keystone Masonry LLC. It’s a significant waste of time and money, and we wouldn’t want anyone else to have a similar negative experience.”

“Josh was a really professional and polite guy, and I initially thought things were going well. However, there was a serious issue that arose during my first day. I contacted him that evening to request a small loan to cover Thanksgiving expenses, providing my debit card details. Unfortunately, Joshua, as the owner of the company, only sent me $1.12 and sent a completely inappropriate ‘Happy Thanksgiving’ text. Given that he’s the owner of an accredited company, this response was incredibly disappointing and frankly, felt like a complete disregard for my situation.”

“I was incredibly impressed with everything – the company and its team were truly outstanding. Honestly, I didn't expect to find a cement supplier with such a professional and skilled operation. The driver was excellent, and the masons’ work was just phenomenal; it was truly impressive.”

“Keystone did a fantastic job building the arch for our access road – it looks really solid and well-done. We were a little delayed, but the final result is fantastic, and we really appreciate their work.”
