  I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience working with Keystone Masonry LLC. We hired them for four separate projects – fountain installation, sidewalk repairs, tile and concrete work – and unfortunately, we strongly advise against using their services. From the start, we found them to be completely unprofessional and disorganized. They rarely responded to emails, took weeks to address even simple issues, and consistently left massive messes that took an unreasonable amount of time to clean up. Specifically, the fountain installation was a disaster. They installed it incorrectly, leading to multiple leaks that stained the fountain and, despite numerous emails and calls, they never returned to properly fix it. Their initial explanation for the leaks – that “the ground must have shifted” – was clearly inaccurate. Beyond the fountain, every project was plagued with problems. The sidewalk repair they did near our pool resulted in cracking the adjacent sidewalk and, shockingly, drilling into a live water line, flooding the street for hours with no safety precautions. Throughout the year, we faced invoicing errors, were asked for upfront payments despite the ongoing issues, and couldn't even get in touch with the owner. Samuel, their representative, was particularly disorganized and offered unhelpful explanations. We felt it was crucial to share this experience to warn others.   Josh presented himself as a very professional and polite employee. However, my experience with him raised some serious concerns. Shortly after starting my job at Keystone Masonry, I contacted the owner, Joshua, requesting a small loan to cover Thanksgiving expenses. I provided my debit card information, understandably trusting the owner of an established company. Instead of a loan, Joshua sent me only $1.12 and sent a message wishing me a happy Thanksgiving – it felt incredibly dismissive and frankly, disrespectful considering the situation and his position as the owner. report abuse
