  “I was really pleased with the work this company did – they’re definitely the best around when it comes to building walls. I had to be patient, though; it took about six months to get started, and the owner, Steve, explained that they work at a steady pace. However, once they began, the turnaround was incredible! The 440-foot wall around my property was completed in just three weeks, and it was built to meet all city code requirements.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work Old Pueblo did last year. We got several quotes and chose them based on their strong portfolio and the solid, detailed contract they provided. Their pricing was competitive, and they delivered the retaining wall exactly as agreed upon and on schedule.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work OPM did on our backyard brick wall. They were fantastic at matching the color of our house and helped us find the most cost-effective materials. We got a few different quotes – three companies in total – and OPM came in as the second-cheapest option (one company quoted significantly less, but we felt a bit uneasy about their offer). What really stood out was that OPM took the time to explain the entire process, including permits and the estimated timeline, which was really helpful. The work itself was completed quickly, within the nine-day timeframe we were given, and the finished wall looks fantastic! While the crew was a little messy at times, they always cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. report abuse

  “I contacted this company two weeks ago for an estimate, and the initial experience was really disappointing. I was told to provide information for the repair person, but Dave was incredibly rude, interrupting me and dismissing my concerns. He never actually gave me the estimate I requested, and then didn’t respond to my follow-up calls. It’s clear they weren’t interested in addressing my issue, and I wouldn’t recommend going there.” report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with my experience. I’d booked an appointment a month ahead of time, and then received a confirmation call the day before.
