  Old Pueblo Masonry did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my retaining wall. The finished product is stunning – it’s truly beautiful!   “I can’t recommend this company highly enough – they truly are the best for building a wall. I was a bit patient, as it took about six months for Steve to complete my project, but the final result – a 440-foot wall built to city code – was fantastic. And when it came to the actual construction of my house’s wall, they were incredibly efficient, finishing it in just three weeks.   We were absolutely thrilled with the work Steve and Old Pueblo Masonry did for us. We needed a substantial 600-foot block wall with gates installed around our property, and from start to finish, they were fantastic. Steve was incredibly professional and really took the time to understand our vision, and he put together a great plan. Throughout the entire project, we had consistent communication with both Steve and his team of masons – it made us feel really confident. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better company in Tucson to handle such a large undertaking. The final result is outstanding – truly excellent quality work! If you’re looking for a masonry wall built to a high standard, I highly recommend Steve with Old Pueblo Masonry.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work Old Pueblo did last year on our retaining wall. We got several estimates – seven in fact – and chose them based on their strong portfolio, great customer reviews, and a really detailed contract. Their pricing was competitive, falling in the middle range. They delivered the project on time as agreed, and most importantly, our guests have been giving it fantastic feedback – it’s really transformed our backyard! report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the work OPM did on our backyard brick wall. They were fantastic at matching the brick to our house and finding us the most cost-effective materials. We got a few quotes from other companies – one was significantly cheaper but seemed a bit unreliable, and OPM was the second-most affordable. What really impressed us was their thoroughness; they clearly explained the permit process and gave us a realistic timeline for the project. The wall itself was completed within nine days, and it looks fantastic! While the workers were a little messy during the work, they always cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which we appreciated. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I contacted them two weeks ago for an estimate, and while Dave was initially helpful on the phone, he quickly became rude and dismissive, interrupting me and ending the conversation abruptly. I never received the estimate, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, including a message promising an estimate, I haven’t heard back. It’s clear they don’t value their customers, and I would strongly advise going elsewhere. report abuse
