“I recently visited the Cavco Home Center in Tucson and found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Overall, a positive experience.”
-
“I had a really positive experience visiting Cavco Homes. The team was incredibly helpful, taking the time to show me around the property and talk through what I was looking for, all within my budget.”
-
Yzenia did a fantastic job helping us find a home that truly met our needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all of our questions and outlining a really clear repayment plan.

Zenia was fantastic – a really smooth and helpful saleswoman. She made the whole house-buying experience surprisingly stress-free (though it’s always a bit hectic, haha!). I definitely recommend her.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. Honestly, it’s the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They pressured me into signing contracts before the house was even complete and asked me to misrepresent information to the finance company. Furthermore, the repairs they’ve done aren't finished and my door still isn't properly sealed.
-
“We’ve been really enjoying our new home, it’s lovely, but we’ve been a little disappointed that no one has yet addressed the outstanding work from the initial walkthrough. We were also told we had a $4500 allowance for improvements, and we’re keen to see that put to good use.”
-
“Yesterday, I went to the office and waited about 10 minutes for another couple to arrive and get settled. As soon as they were done, I noticed a sign requiring me to fill out a form before being able to view the properties, which I did, and then waited some more.”
-
“We bought our home from them a little over a year ago, and we’ve unfortunately run into some issues. Shortly after we moved in, they damaged our fence and, crucially, didn’t take responsibility for repairing or replacing it. There were also concerns raised about the septic tank installation.”
-
I went to the Marana site on Sunday, which was open from 10am to 3pm. There were only two cars there – a white BMW parked in a spot that looked like it was for staff, and a silver truck for regular visitors. The building itself was dark when I arrived.
-
“I really want to say how helpful the salesperson was. He took the time to walk me through all the different mobile home models and patiently answered all my questions about the differences between a mobile home and a traditional built home. I really appreciated his thoroughness.”
