“I recently visited the Cavco Home Center in Tucson and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They were readily available to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Overall, a positive experience.”
-
“I had a really positive experience visiting Cavco Homes. The team was incredibly helpful, taking the time to show me the property and chat through what I was looking for, all while staying within my budget.”
-
“Yzenia did a fantastic job helping us find a home that really suited our needs. She was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and clearly explaining our repayment options.”
-
“Yzenia was fantastic – a really skilled saleswoman who made the whole home-buying experience surprisingly smooth. Definitely recommend her!”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. It was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They pressured me into signing contracts before the work was even completed and, shockingly, asked me to mislead the finance company. Furthermore, they haven’t finished the necessary repairs and my door still isn’t properly sealed.”
-
“We’re really happy with the house itself – it’s beautiful! However, we’ve been disappointed that no one has yet addressed the outstanding work needed around the property, specifically the initial walkthrough issues, six months after we moved in. We were also expecting to receive a $4500 allowance for these repairs, but haven’t heard anything about it.”
-
“Yesterday, I went to the office and waited about ten minutes for another couple to arrive and check in. I noticed a sign that said I needed to complete a form before being shown the homes, so I filled that out and then waited some more.”
-
“We bought our home from this company just over a year ago, and we’ve unfortunately had some issues. Shortly after moving in, they damaged our fence, and, worryingly, they didn’t take responsibility for repairing or replacing it. We also had concerns about the septic tank installation.”
-
“I visited the Marana site on Sunday, which was open from 10am to 3pm. There were only two cars there – a white BMW parked in a spot that appeared to be for staff, and a silver truck for customers. The building itself was dark when I arrived.”
-
“I really want to give a huge shout-out to the salesperson I spoke with. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly walk me through the different mobile home models, patiently answering all my questions and helping me understand the pros and cons compared to a traditional built home. It was a really informative and appreciated experience.”
