  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. It was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They pressured me into signing contracts before the work was even completed and, shockingly, asked me to mislead the finance company.   “We’re really happy with the house itself – it’s beautiful! However, we’ve been disappointed that no one has yet addressed the outstanding work needed around the property, specifically the initial walkthrough issues, six months after we moved in.   “We bought our home from this company just over a year ago, and we’ve unfortunately had some issues. Shortly after moving in, they damaged our fence, and, worryingly, they didn’t take responsibility for repairing or replacing it.   “I visited the Marana site on Sunday, which was open from 10am to 3pm. There were only two cars there – a white BMW parked in a spot that appeared to be for staff, and a silver truck for customers. The building itself was dark when I arrived.” report abuse
