  “Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. From the start, it felt like we weren't being taken seriously – Jan seemed completely forgetful and it took an unreasonably long time to get anyone to return our calls. We ended up having to do almost all the work ourselves to get things moving, and it seemed like Bryan was often unavailable, frequently saying he was out of the office.
