  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Clayton Homes. From the moment we took delivery of our home, it’s been nothing but issues. We’ve run into multiple problems with the quality and workmanship, and it’s been a real letdown. It feels like they stop taking care of you once the sale is complete—it’s like they’re done with us. The staff has been consistently unprofessional – they never return calls and appointments are constantly rescheduled, leaving me waiting another week for the same information.   Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. From the very beginning, it felt like we were being ignored. Jan didn't seem to make an effort to remember us, and getting anyone to return our calls was incredibly slow. We ended up having to do almost all the work ourselves, going into the store to try and get information.
