Ron was particularly proactive, always on top of things and immediately addressing any concerns. And I really appreciated how courteous and respectful the installation crew was; they consistently left the site spotless.   Ron and the whole management team have been fantastic – they’ve been really responsive to addressing any issues that came up. The installation team, however, could have been a bit more mindful of keeping the work area tidy and prioritizing safety and cleanliness; thankfully, Ron took care of it quickly when we raised the concern. report abuse
