  I’ve been a Solar Store customer for years and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They’re always so professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful – especially when it comes to explaining things to someone like me who sometimes forgets how the system works. I’m currently getting a new roof installed, and they’ve been fantastic, coordinating with my roofer and keeping me fully informed every step of the way. And don’t even get me started on their maintenance agreement – it’s given me such peace of mind, especially with things like winterizing and getting the system back up and running in the spring. It’s great that getting home solar is a good idea in theory, but finding a company you can trust – one with the right expertise to handle your electrical needs and ensure a perfect installation – can be tricky. Finding an inspector who could assess both the house and the solar system was a real challenge, but they went above and beyond to fit me in, even showing up a little early to save me time – which was incredibly helpful given how tight the inspection window was getting. They were genuinely professional, friendly, and so patient answering all of my questions and explaining everything clearly. It’s fantastic that they’re offering to help us monitor the system and ensure we’re comfortable with it moving forward.   I couldn’t be happier with Solar Store – especially Katharine Kent and her team. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, which was admittedly a bit complicated due to the quirks of our old electrical system and some significant delays from TEP. Katharine was incredibly responsive and always kept us fully informed, answering all our questions with great detail and ensuring her team was available whenever we needed them. Honestly, we really appreciated their proactive approach. My only wish is that they had been a little more upfront about the potential timeline, as things took longer than initially estimated. While we’re incredibly grateful to Katharine, Kevin, Andrew, and Bobby for their hard work and dedication in getting our solar system up and running – and saving us money – a bit more realistic expectation management would have been appreciated. report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience! The office staff were so friendly and helpful, and they really took care of us quickly when we had an urgent need. The service technicians were also incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything about the solar water heater replacement – it was great to see them working so efficiently and getting the job done in just four hours.   I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with the Solar Store. Back in 2015, I bought a $30,000 solar system from them, and since the beginning, I’ve had problems with one of the panels. Despite repeatedly contacting them about it, they’ve completely ignored my concerns. It took nearly four months to get a replacement micro inverter, and even then, the original panel was still faulty. Now, after six months of this issue, they’re finally acknowledging the problem, but it’s taken this long! Being currently deployed and unable to resolve this myself, I’m left with no clear solution and no idea when it will be fixed. Their service has been utterly unacceptable, and I’m still waiting for a response – it’s unbelievably slow and I’m worried about how much longer this will take. report abuse
