They really understood what we needed here in Tucson, and I’ve already recommended them to several people, including a friend just last year. More recently, the inverter needed some attention due to the sun’s glare, but their technician was fantastic – he quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything back up and running perfectly.   “I can’t thank Solar Store enough – they were a true lifesaver! My previous solar company just shut down, leaving me and others in a really difficult situation trying to find someone to maintain my system. Some companies I contacted were incredibly pushy, wanting to charge a fortune just for a simple consultation, and then more later on. But Solar Store is a local, established business that really cares. They take a genuine pride in their work and they’ve been fantastic about keeping me updated and making sure I’m completely happy with everything they’ve done.   “Overall, the company seemed very professional and optimistic about getting a technician out within two weeks to finish the hookup. However, it’s a bit frustrating that another appointment is needed to fully complete the work ADT started. The price estimate for getting my system activated feels a little high, especially since I’ll also need to arrange for the final circuit breakers to be installed. I’ll be updating my review once I’ve seen the quality of the work and can assess the electricians’ professionalism and the final cost.” report abuse

  “I had a frustrating experience with my ENPHASE backup battery controller. After noticing an issue, I contacted them and they recommended an onsite visit. I provided a four-hour block of time over two weeks for them to schedule, but unfortunately, they ended up scheduling it during a critical medical appointment I couldn’t easily reschedule. Despite my efforts to work with them for two weeks, nothing changed. I was kept in the loop via email, but it felt like my concerns weren't being adequately addressed.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. While I appreciate the potential of solar energy – and it’s a fantastic idea – it feels completely disingenuous when they make things worse for customers. Promises of reduced bills haven’t materialized, and I’ve had nothing but a terrible experience dealing with them. I’m still waiting for a technician to arrive, over two hours after scheduling, and frankly, I’ve lost all faith in their ability to deliver on their promises.” report abuse

We had a couple of issues with the solar system that came with the house, but they were fantastic – they quickly ordered the necessary parts, got them installed, and kept me fully informed throughout the process.
