“I’m incredibly frustrated and frankly, appalled by the treatment I’ve received. The delivery drivers were consistently rude and completely disregarded my needs, particularly given that some of them have medical conditions requiring access to their driveways. I’ve repeatedly asked for assistance getting out, and was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no action taken. Most concerningly, twice my chemotherapy appointments were missed because they were unable to complete a simple delivery. I’m seriously considering pursuing legal action to address this unacceptable situation.”

“I’ve been using 11th Street for my commute, and I’ve unfortunately had some really bad experiences due to the work being done by TU. My suspension was damaged by what I believe was their project, and it’s become increasingly difficult and unsafe to navigate their job sites. I’ve encountered a lot of potholes, traffic cones, debris, and I’m genuinely concerned about overall safety when driving through those areas.”
-
“This was a really concerning experience. It’s unacceptable for a representative of the company to behave in such a reckless and disrespectful manner – nearly causing an accident and using abusive gestures. It reflects poorly on the brand, and I urge you to prioritize hiring employees who demonstrate professionalism and respect.”
-
“I’m really concerned about the progress on Highway 48. It’s been over seven months and we’ve yet to see any significant work completed, particularly the resurfacing of those 15 miles. Frankly, it’s unacceptable, and I’m worried about the continued use of taxpayer money. I need to see a clear plan and consistent effort moving forward – this kind of delay wouldn’t be tolerated in a regular business setting.”

“I just wanted to share my experience – I’ve never had any connection to this company. However, I was incredibly shaken by a recent encounter. I was driving at around 75 mph when a truck with license plate V70329 and number 02-185 sped past me, going about 90 mph while navigating a curve. It was a really frightening experience, and it highlighted how dangerous it is for anyone nearby when a large truck is driven so recklessly – you really have to consider how top-heavy they are and the potential for a serious accident. It’s important to remember that drivers need to prioritize safety and be aware of the risks they pose to others.”

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Becco and his team for the recent roadwork they did out west by Lake Keystone. I drove by them daily and was really impressed with how hard they were working and how well they seemed to be getting along. The finished road is absolutely fantastic – it’s made my commute so much safer and I really appreciate the quality of their work!”

I have serious concerns about this company. I’ve repeatedly observed them being unproductive – they’re frequently idle and take an excessive amount of time to complete tasks. Furthermore, there’s been a significant issue with their whereabouts; they’re often absent from the job site. Most troubling, however, were the deeply concerning racial dynamics within the crew, which was entirely comprised of Mexican workers. Based on these observations, I cannot recommend hiring this company.

“I’m extremely concerned about Becco’s traffic management. The projects I’ve encountered, particularly those along Fairfax to Pawhuska and in Tulsa, have been incredibly disorganized. Lane markings are frequently unclear and change without any notice, which is frankly dangerous. It’s unacceptable that projects are started and then abandoned – like the work on Southwest Blvd in Tulsa, which has been a confusing mess for over a year. Honestly, I’m surprised Becco isn’t doing a better job; it’s simply not up to standard.”
-
“I wanted to express that I felt it was courteous to knock before letting my dogs out through the back door, given that we have several dogs coming and going. I was told I should check for a hanger on the front door first, but I was disconnected before I could fully explain my concern.”
-
“I’m really concerned about the ongoing work on Southwest Blvd. They’ve been at it for over a year now, and it’s frustrating that they haven’t made significant progress. It seems they’re bouncing between different sections of the project, starting work in one area and then moving on without completing it. Their recent work near Q Street has created a major traffic disruption, and I believe the city needs to get involved to ensure this project is handled properly – a more organized, linear approach would be much better.”
