  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The crew was consistently rude and incredibly slow, frequently blocking my driveway without a clear reason. They seemed to just stand around and not actually get anything done, which was extremely frustrating given my work schedule. Worse, they deliberately interfered with my security camera, turning it around to prevent me from seeing their work. Following this, I experienced a truly unsettling situation where several of the workers seemed to be watching me from their truck while I was working in my yard with my son – I have video evidence of this. This whole experience was very upsetting for my children, especially as we homeschool.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly concerned about this incident. The driver displayed completely reckless behavior, merging aggressively and cutting across multiple lanes of traffic, nearly causing a serious collision. Having a child in the passenger seat makes this behavior utterly unacceptable. It’s simply not worth risking anyone’s life, especially a child’s, for a few seconds saved. This needs immediate attention and further action to prevent a tragedy. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with how this situation was handled. An employee driving a B&H Construction truck backed into me and my daughter at the West Tulsa McDonald’s drive-through, causing a hit and run with multiple witnesses. While I appreciate they acknowledged the incident, the initial response from the ‘owner,’ who changed several times, was dismissive – minimizing the damage with the phrase ‘it’s not that bad,’ and then attempting to deflect with their ‘faith-based company’ justification. I provided photos of the truck and license plate as evidence, and I expected a more serious and supportive response.” report abuse

  “I’ve been having a really concerning issue – people have been coming to my house repeatedly during the workday, Monday through Friday. They’re going into my backyard, and I have no clue who they are or what they’re doing. It’s incredibly unsettling, especially since I’m at work at the time.   Honestly, I was really concerned about this company. It seemed like there were some serious issues with their drivers’ basic understanding of road rules – specifically, they didn't seem to grasp the concept of using the left lane for passing only.
