  Grant is, without a doubt, one of the most dedicated and meticulous professionals I’ve ever worked with. He consistently holds himself to a very high standard, and it’s clear he prioritizes quality above all else. He consistently uses only top-tier contractors, and I’ve never seen him compromise on the integrity of his work. Despite having only one minor issue – which was entirely my fault due to misreading instructions – he was incredibly responsive and helpful, immediately addressing the problem. Beyond his excellent work, Grant has gone above and beyond, even assisting with moving furniture to save me money. His proposals are incredibly thorough and well-thought-out, and he’s never attempted to upsell or surprise me with unexpected costs. It’s refreshing to work with someone so honest and upfront.
