“I just wanted to share how fantastic my experience has been so far. While my house is still under construction, Sibel and the team have been absolutely amazing from the very beginning. They were incredibly communicative and connected me with a fantastic loan officer. We did encounter a small hurdle, but they immediately reassured me and kept the momentum going. And Sam, the builder, has been fantastic too – his communication and follow-up have been so reassuring. Honestly, I was really nervous at the start, but my husband and I trusted the process, and it’s been incredible watching the house come together. If you're considering building, do it – you won’t regret it!”

Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living in this community – it’s a very friendly and peaceful place. I’d definitely recommend it to others. However, I do have some significant concerns about the property itself. I’d urge anyone considering buying a home here to ask the agent very detailed questions upfront about exactly what’s included in the sale and what you’ll be responsible for adding. It’s really important to get everything in writing. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing a major issue with the drainage in my backyard. The existing system isn't working properly, and all the rainwater pools there. Because my house is on a lower level, the water flows towards it, but Ryan Home didn’t seem to add enough soil before laying the grass. When I contacted the warranty supervisor, he assured me there were no issues, but even after 48 hours of rain, the backyard remains incredibly muddy – I can’t even let my kids play outside. I’m now looking into contacting the county to see if there’s any way to get Ryan Home to address this problem properly. I’ve included some pictures to illustrate the issue.

Sibel was fantastic to work with throughout the entire home buying process. She really made it a stress-free experience for us. We were considering several communities, but ultimately chose Canter Creek because Sibel took the time to explain everything so clearly and patiently answered every single one of our questions. She was also completely upfront about all the costs involved. More than just knowledgeable, Sibel showed a genuine care for our concerns, and we always felt comfortable and confident in her guidance. Her professionalism and expertise were truly exceptional – we really enjoyed working with her to find and purchase our new home.

“I was really impressed with the community itself, and Thomas, our representative from Ryan Home, was fantastic – he really took the time to explain all the different home options available in the area.”

Overall, the Ryan home experience was fantastic. Sam, Jackson, and Charles were all incredibly kind and helpful – I’d rate them all as excellent. It was surprisingly smooth and easy; I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so simple.

“I’m so incredibly frustrated with our experience buying a Ryan Homes home through Canter Creek. Honestly, it’s been a complete nightmare. The construction quality is shockingly poor, and I’ve been spending nearly every week calling the warranty department just to get basic repairs for a house that feels cheaply built. It’s been a huge hassle dealing with the bank and loan officers too – the whole process was riddled with confusion and a lot of unanswered questions. To make matters even worse, it turns out someone else owned the lot alongside us during construction, and we’re still receiving tax mail for the house! There was no evaluation for taxation when we were initially told there would be one. We’re now struggling with confusing mortgage payments and amounts that don't match what we were originally quoted. We’re planning to sell as soon as possible.”
-
“I’m really concerned that future homeowners aren’t being fully informed about the initial water costs. The new sod needs constant watering for weeks to establish itself, and that’s going to result in some incredibly high first water bills – likely over $600. This needs to be brought to everyone’s attention!”
-
Sibel did a fantastic job – she was really professional and patient, and she took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly.

I really loved the model houses – they were fantastic! Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a look at the full-scale model as it’s only available by appointment.

This was truly beautiful.
