  Paul was fantastic! I had a small issue with the skidsteer he rented me, and he responded immediately, giving me a clear timeline for when he’d be there. He arrived within that timeframe, was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to ensure I was back on my project quickly.   Honestly, I’ve rented equipment from a lot of places around here, and Totem is, without a doubt, the best. Their equipment is always in great shape, and they really take care of it. I’ll definitely be making them my go-to rental spot from now on. report abuse

  Russ did a fantastic job delivering the telehandler – he really knew how to get it precisely where I needed it, despite the tight space. He was also incredibly friendly and professional.
