  “I really appreciated the service I received when renting a skid steer with a grapple attachment for a month. They had the most competitive rates in town, and TJ at the front desk was fantastic – he made the whole process incredibly smooth.   I really wanted to say how fantastic my experience was buying the Stihl chainsaw yesterday. Stormy at the counter was incredibly helpful, and I was so pleased with my purchase that I came back today to order an extra bar. They’re even building a custom chain for it and will give me a call as soon as it’s ready – brilliant service! report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. It took a full two weeks to get just two chainsaws tuned up, and when I finally received them, they were filthy and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. They claimed to have sharpened the chains, but it was obvious that hadn’t happened. To top it off, I was charged $168 for this shoddy work – I felt completely ripped off and will absolutely not be returning.” report abuse

  “Overall, this is a really convenient place to rent equipment. They’ve made some great improvements since the merger with Sunbelt, with a lot of new machinery available now. Plus, it’s fantastic that they’re the only rental spot in town that offers a damage waiver – which is a huge plus if you’re comparing coverage to other dealerships.” report abuse

  “I’ve rented equipment from a lot of different places in the area, and honestly, these guys have stood out as the most helpful and easy to work with. They’ve been really accommodating when things haven’t gone perfectly, which is a huge plus. I think some of their negative reviews might be because they’re so busy – I’ve rented from them a dozen times now and always had a great experience.” report abuse

  “I’ve been really happy with this company over the years – I’ve rented several smaller pieces of equipment and they’ve all been reliable and worked perfectly. They’re also incredibly helpful, always assisting with loading and unloading, and giving a quick overview of how to operate the equipment when I pick it up.   “I was really disappointed with the service I received. I rented a man lift for a project at home, and when I picked it up, the battery indicator was showing it wasn’t fully charged. The guy in the yard just shrugged and said he’d plugged it in long enough, but it clearly hadn’t charged properly.” report abuse
