    “Overall, it was pretty easy to find what I needed in the store, which was great. I was really happy to see they still had Craftsman tools – a shame they’re going out of stock though.     I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. After waiting a full month for a delivery, I was abruptly told the day before it was due to be canceled unless I immediately confirmed my order. Then, I spent over an hour trying to get through to someone on the phone, being bounced between different numbers and stuck on hold repeatedly without any explanation. To add to the frustration, the assistant manager I finally spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive, constantly interrupting me and refusing to let me explain the situation. Honestly, it felt completely disrespectful, especially considering I’ve been a loyal customer and a resident of this area for 20 years. Because of this awful experience, I’m cancelling my $2300 equipment order and will be going elsewhere – specifically Alaska Industrial. I’ve spent a significant amount of money at this store, and I’ll never return. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Lowe’s to actually try calling and see for themselves the terrible phone service others have reported. report abuse

    I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service. The driver consistently provided inaccurate estimates, arriving over an hour late after initially saying they’d be there in 30 minutes – and with the flimsy excuse of needing to get gas. It was incredibly frustrating and wasted a significant amount of my time. Honesty and clear communication are essential, and I felt completely misled. report abuse

Ordering online was a huge hassle – I had to call fifteen times just to confirm they’d actually received my order, and unfortunately, we ended up getting shortchanged. It’s incredibly frustrating how disorganized they are. Furthermore, the customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and clearly lacked any training on how to handle customer inquiries.
