“I want to give a special shout-out to Danny, Casey, and Jackie – they were all fantastic! Danny really went above and beyond, saving me some money by removing a pallet of defective cement. And Casey was incredibly helpful, coordinating and operating the forklift really efficiently.”

The new layout feels really cluttered and, frankly, a bit manipulative. It seems designed to just throw a bunch of unnecessary items at us, hoping to tempt impulse buys like toolboxes and other things we don’t actually need. And honestly, Home Depot’s selection of hand tools is significantly weaker than other stores – it’s a real disappointment.
-
“Ellen, Ty, and Noah were fantastic – they really went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed and even got it safely into my car. I really appreciate their help!”
-
“I was really disappointed with my experience. I bought a shower head using a gift card, but unfortunately it didn’t work out for us. I returned it to the store and received an in-store credit as a solution, but the overall service could have been much better.”
-
Michael was a really helpful guy – he answered all my questions and even went above and beyond by loading my truck for me.
-
“We were really pleased with how quickly the quartz countertops arrived – they shipped on January 24th and showed up by the end of February! However, things then fell apart when our installer didn’t show up for the scheduled installation and didn’t even let us know they wouldn’t be coming.”
-
Honestly, the layout of this store is really frustrating. They’ve packed it so full that it’s nearly impossible to get around, especially with the lumber blocking the aisles. I’m going to have to switch to Lowe’s – it’s just too difficult to navigate here.
-
They were really friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. When they couldn’t directly solve my issue, they immediately directed me to the right person to help.
-
“I really want to give a special shout-out to Joyce! My wife and I stopped by in the late afternoon to pick up some supplies for a project, and Joyce went above and beyond to help us – she stayed late to make sure we got everything we needed. She was fantastic and truly went the extra mile. Overall, I've been very pleased with the service I’ve received at this Home Depot.”
-
“Overall, the team was great, but I did notice a significant issue – a lot of items were missing and there wasn’t much variety available, which was a bit disappointing given the location here in Alaska.”
