  “I contacted Grace Hill Design to discuss a kitchen remodel and was able to easily schedule a meeting through their online calendar. They confirmed the appointment and sent me a detailed questionnaire to complete. Unfortunately, I was then told they were fully booked and couldn’t move forward with the project. While I appreciate that businesses get busy, I was disappointed that the meeting wasn’t canceled sooner, or the calendar slot wasn’t blocked off. It felt like a waste of my time filling out the questionnaire and preparing for a meeting that ultimately wasn’t going to happen. I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication to avoid this kind of experience for future clients.” report abuse

  “I was looking for a birthday gift and decided to check out this store for the first time. While the front area had some nice items, I noticed they also had things back there marked for sale. Unfortunately, I was interrupted and asked to go to the front, and when I asked about a particular light, the staff seemed completely unhelpful – they didn’t even know the vendor or the dimensions. It felt like I was just being brushed aside, which was a really disappointing experience.” report abuse
