  “I can’t stress enough how incredibly disappointing our experience was with Lucy Penfield and Lucy Interior Design. We placed an order for five bedroom furniture pieces in Spring 2021, totaling over $5,000, and the delivery in January 2023 was a complete disaster. The furniture was delivered to a warehouse in the wrong city, left uncrated and unprotected, and a significant portion of our order was incorrect. Despite repeated promises and delays, we still haven’t received our furniture four months later. To make matters worse, Lucy has been unresponsive and seems to be dodging responsibility, relying on her attorney to avoid addressing the issue. It’s been a truly frustrating and unacceptable level of incompetence and disregard for her customers – we wouldn't recommend her services.” report abuse
