  I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Mercer One and especially Jeff at Mercer One. From the very beginning, he was fantastic – so attentive and really seemed to understand everything I needed for my new flooring. The whole team that came to my house was incredibly professional and friendly too! They managed to install the vinyl, carpet, and hardwood all within a week – it was truly impressive customer service, and I highly recommend Mercer One to anyone!” report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with Mercer’s in Westminster. I initially had them install carpeting in my basement, and everything seemed okay at first, but unfortunately, it flooded, and we discovered the underlayment hadn’t been installed. It turned out the previous installer had been taking products for himself, which Mercer handled by covering the cost of a new floor. Later, after properly draining the basement to prevent further issues, we installed a floating floor. However, within a year, the floor started buckling because it wasn't installed with enough room to expand. Their suggested fix – having me remove my baseboards and adjust the floor myself – felt completely inadequate, and they never followed up. Honestly, the whole experience left me so angry, and the persistent marketing emails from them are a constant reminder of that. I’d give them a 0-2 rating. Please remove me from your email list – I’d appreciate it.” report abuse

  Mercer Carpet One did a fantastic job with our flooring project! They expertly removed the old carpet, meticulously repaired and finished our red oak floors, and installed beautiful tile in the kitchen. The crew was truly excellent – professional, efficient, and well-organized, and we were really impressed with how smoothly everything went.   I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Mercer Carpet One! They really went above and beyond to make the process so easy, especially considering my 95-year-old mother was shopping for carpet. Having their mobile showroom come to her home was fantastic – she felt so comfortable and in control. Jim Farrell was incredibly patient and helpful, bringing us a huge selection of samples to choose from. The price was fantastic, and the installation was seamless and completed very quickly.   I was really impressed with my experience working with Mercer Carpet One. It’s fantastic to see a business run with such passion – I especially appreciated working with Katlin, the granddaughter of the original owners, who clearly takes immense pride in her family’s legacy.
