  I had a fantastic experience at Traynor's while choosing tile for my new house. The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the differences between porcelain and ceramic – I’d never really understood the nuances before! He patiently walked me through the options and helped me select the perfect tile, which is now giving my floors such a beautiful look.   “We were in a really stressful situation when we moved into our new home – the existing carpeting had a terrible smell and we ended up storing everything in the basement until it could be replaced. We needed a lot of work done – four rooms and the stairwell – so we got quotes from a few different companies. Honestly, the experience with the other companies was a nightmare. Luna Carpets just tried to sell us super expensive samples, and Empire Today completely bailed on us twice! Home Depot’s estimator couldn’t even answer basic questions, and they use outside installers which made it impossible to get anything sorted out. But Traynor’s was a completely different story. Ed Traynor was fantastic – he was punctual, showed us lots of options, gave us a clear quote, and he really worked with us to find something we could afford. His installer, James, was equally great; he did the whole job in one morning and did an absolutely amazing job – even vacuumed!
