  I’m really disappointed with this company. I contacted them about a problem with my property lines and easement, and it was a completely frustrating experience. I brought my documentation with me, and followed up multiple times – including visiting the office and calling four times – but I never received a clear explanation or resolution. Honestly, they could have been upfront about the complexities involved, and I felt completely ignored. It was a huge waste of my time. report abuse

  “I can only give BPR one star. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. From the start, we were charged for modifications without any explanation or our consent, and the work outlined in the original contract simply wasn't completed. The final bill was double the estimated price, and despite being informed of county fees beforehand, we were still hit with unexpected costs. Our project, which was initially estimated to take six months, dragged on for an agonizing two and a half years – far beyond what was reasonable considering occasional setbacks. When I raised concerns, the owner seemed completely dismissive, as if we’d never had any conversations about the original plan, even after I provided him with emails. The billing was also a nightmare. We’d receive huge bills every couple of months with minimal detail, often upwards of $1,000-$2,000, and whenever we asked for a breakdown of the work, we were repeatedly told we needed to file paperwork with the county – which, frankly, felt like we’d hired them to handle that for us. It felt like we were constantly putting out fires and had no real understanding of the project's progress. Ultimately, we felt completely ignored and weren’t treated as a priority. This project spiraled out of control, and I strongly advise other private residential homeowners to do extensive research before working with BPR – especially if you're handling a larger, more complex commercial project." report abuse
