  “I was really frustrated when my furnace died on such a hot day, and unfortunately, that meant no air conditioning. However, I was very pleased with the quick response – the serviceman came out the same day. The new furnace was installed just two days later, and he was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to me.
