The technicians were incredibly hardworking and really efficient – they clearly knew what they were doing and explained everything in a way my grandkids could understand too. They even went above and beyond and helped my grandkids with their tire swing! I was really impressed with Tri-City – they were fantastic! We had a major issue with our air conditioning in July and they sent out three of their guys to take a look and ultimately replace the system. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and honest about our choices. They did a truly excellent job, and I appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up after themselves.
