  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Newpro did replacing our old shower. Kelton did a fantastic job – he really took his time and paid attention to every detail. Josh and Connor were also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, and I especially want to commend Kristen in finance for being so patient and understanding with my application. It’s clear they prioritize quality and doing things the right way, which is a huge relief. Honestly, there are other companies out there who just slap some caulk over old tiles, but that’s a risky approach that can lead to serious problems down the road – avoid that!” report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with Newpro. We had our bathroom completely redone in 2021, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. The job was supposed to take two weeks, but it took nearly three months – a huge delay. Now, the shower we had installed is draining water directly into my ceiling downstairs, and I’m dealing with water coming out of my light fixture. I’ve been calling repeatedly, but it’s just been a series of empty promises. They keep saying someone will be out to look at it “in a few days,” but it’s now been three months and nothing has been done. It's clear their service department isn't reliable at all. What’s even more concerning is that a friend also used Newpro and experienced the exact same problem – water leaking from her shower into her living room. Despite these repeated issues, they still get paid on time. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Newpro to anyone; you’d be better off hoping your project doesn’t fall apart a year or so down the line, as you certainly won’t get any help if you need it.” report abuse

  My mom recently had a fantastic shower conversion done in her condo by Newpro, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the start, Mark, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. Ken, the installer, and Andy, the plumber, were both absolutely amazing – truly professionals who really represent Newpro well. They were punctual, incredibly clean, and took such great care to avoid any damage to her condo. Ken was particularly wonderful; he was always friendly and patient, explaining everything clearly and taking a really cautious approach. It was only a two-day job, and the finished product looks absolutely stunning! We’re waiting for the sealant to dry, but we wholeheartedly recommend Newpro and this team – they did a brilliant job. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the recent work done on my house! I had 21 windows replaced, and my house was also completely re-sided with new gutters – all done to a fantastic standard. I particularly want to commend Trevor and Drew for the window replacement; they were absolutely brilliant and the neighbors have commented on how professional and polite they were. Brian and Josh were also incredibly helpful. But the absolute standout was Todd Hosford, my project manager for the siding. He was fantastic – always responsive and so helpful. And Misael and his crew did an amazing job despite a challenging project; I'm thrilled with the final result. Seriously, a huge thank you to everyone involved – Todd, Brian, Josh, Trevor, Drew, and Misael! You’ve transformed my home, and I highly recommend them. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the new shower – the whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Kenny Geoffrey and Andy the plumber were both outstanding. Kenny was incredibly prompt, professional, and really kept me informed throughout the entire process, and Andy was equally efficient and attentive to detail, keeping the area spotless.   Felix and Rick were fantastic – both were incredibly professional and efficient, and they were both on time. Felix was there for the entire three days, and Rick only needed to come by on the first day. Felix really got right to work as soon as he arrived, working diligently from 8am until around 4:30pm. He did a great job cleaning up after himself, and while there was a little light film from the tile removal, he took care of everything and made sure all equipment was put away each day. He was also really easy to talk to and a pleasure to have around. I’m really excited to finally use my new shower once the sealant is completely dry! report abuse

  “We absolutely loved working with the NEWPRO team on our home projects – the window and door replacements, and all the extra carpentry work. Rich Curran, our sales rep, was fantastic! He was so helpful, professional, and really took the time to understand our needs and requests. We actually had a quote from another company just minutes before he came to our home, and we instantly knew he was the right person for the job. He consistently returned our calls and texts, which we really appreciated. Ron, the supervisor and carpenter, and Paul were both amazing – truly skilled and did a brilliant job. Ron was particularly meticulous, even going above and beyond by centering and spacing the windows perfectly for our new kitchen. And the whole team that installed the windows in the sunroom and doors around the house was phenomenal! They were incredibly professional, kept the place spotless, and treated our home with so much care. Overall, we highly recommend NEWPRO.   Billy did an absolutely fantastic job fixing the issue with our sliding glass door. He was so prompt and friendly, and he took care of everything really quickly – no hassle at all. Plus, he cleaned up perfectly; you wouldn’t even know he’d been there! I’m really glad we chose Newpro for this job. report abuse
