  “We were so relieved to find a solution for our old Pella sliding door – we were ready to just replace it after 25 years of heavy use! Don Goucher was fantastic; he suggested replacing the rollers, and he really walked us through the whole process. Now it’s sliding perfectly! Don even followed up with a phone call and then stopped by our house on his way to work to make sure we had the right weather stripping – that was incredibly thoughtful.   Max did a fantastic job during our meeting. He was really knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and got things done quickly. We especially appreciated how well he understood what we were looking for and helped us make a clear, informed decision.   Don was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. He really went above and beyond to help me with a small issue I had with my existing Pella door, taking the time to walk me through it both on the phone and in the showroom. You could tell he’s incredibly knowledgeable, and what impressed me most was his genuine desire to find a solution, no matter how big or small the project. report abuse

  Carlos did a fantastic job measuring our front door – he was really proactive and even called ahead to see if he could arrive earlier, which we appreciated. He was incredibly professional, clearly knowledgeable about his work, and took the time to explain everything we needed to do on our end. We especially liked how patient he was while we sorted through our leftover paint. Overall, we were extremely impressed with Carlos and his attention to detail; he’s a true credit to Pella Windows and Doors. report abuse

  “I just wanted to rave about Peter Scola – he was fantastic! He came to my home in Waltham on October 18th, and he was genuinely a pleasure to work with. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and I really felt like I could trust him. He answered all my questions with patience and made me feel like a valued customer. Honestly, he’s one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with, and it’s refreshing to see someone who takes the time to be personable.   “I had a really positive experience working with Max and his team. We initially hired them to expand the windows in my attic and my neighbor’s, aiming to create a master ensuite with plenty of natural light – we focused on a large window overlooking the ocean. Honestly, we were getting completely overwhelmed with the quotes we were receiving from traditional contractors; they were just unbelievably high because of how difficult it was to work with those windows. Thankfully, a friend recommended Max, who was with Pella, and they ended up doing a fantastic job of installing them.   I couldn’t be happier with the recent window and door installation Pella did for my home. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. The team at the Woburn showroom were so welcoming, and Nathan Goya, our sales rep, was absolutely fantastic – he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and didn’t pressure us at all. He really took the time to explain everything and show us the products and warranties. Once the order was placed, the installation crew, Dave and Dylan, were equally impressive. They were incredibly skilled and meticulous, and we’re thrilled with the beautiful, high-quality finished product.   “We’ve been so pleased with our Pella windows – we originally installed one after our kitchen remodel a while back. Don Goucher at the Pella shop in Burlington was fantastic; he really took the time to explain all the different models to us, even though his primary language wasn’t English. That personal attention was a big reason why we chose Pella over other brands like Andersen or Marvin. We’re now planning a much bigger remodel and we went back to the shop to see what was available. Don was just as helpful and friendly as he was before, which made the whole process so easy. We got a catalogue to start looking at options for our new project.” report abuse
