  I’m really frustrated with the entire process of getting these windows installed. We ordered them in January and were given an estimated timeframe, which thankfully was met. The installation crew itself was fantastic – incredibly polite and did a really professional job. However, we discovered five windows were broken upon installation, and it’s been a nightmare trying to get this resolved. The communication has been incredibly poor; we’ve had to chase them repeatedly to get updates on when a technician would come out. When someone finally arrived, they couldn’t actually repair the windows, just replaced a few screens, and then we’ve heard nothing for over two weeks while they order parts. Now, we’re being asked to take another day off work to be present for yet another appointment. It feels like we’re constantly having to follow up ourselves to get anything done.   “David and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly efficient and friendly, and David really went above and beyond by explaining everything about the windows and taking the time to install them while keeping me updated. He even took the initiative to show me every detail as they worked, and to my surprise, my house was cleaner when they finished than it was when they started!” report abuse

  Rite Window did an absolutely fantastic job – I couldn't be happier with their service. Pete Smith, my consultant, was incredibly helpful and responsive; he always answered my questions promptly and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. The installation team was equally professional, arriving on time and completing the work efficiently and to a really high standard.   I’m absolutely thrilled with Rite Windows! When they first installed my windows about a year ago, I was already so impressed – the quality was fantastic, the installation was efficient, and the value was truly outstanding, especially after comparing several companies. They didn’t try to take advantage of me, and the price was fair. Recently, I discovered a squirrel had taken up residence in my attic and unfortunately caused a hole in one of my screens. Rite Windows responded immediately – Freddie and Pete arrived promptly, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and amazingly, they replaced the screen for free! I’m now with twenty-nine beautiful new windows, including some that required custom measurements for my old farmhouse, and I can’t recommend Rite Windows enough.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Rite Window. John D was a really helpful salesperson who took the time to understand our budget and find the best solution for us. The installation team, Tom and his helper, were fantastic – they were incredibly friendly, answered all our questions patiently, and even sent a text message with their arrival time. They were also incredibly professional, taking care to lay down floor protectors and leaving the area spotless when they were finished. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent, with the project manager checking in regularly to ensure everything was running smoothly. We highly recommend Rite Window! report abuse

  “I was absolutely thrilled with the recent window replacement job Rite Window did for me. The installation team, led by Quentin, did an outstanding job – truly a fantastic experience. I was honestly surprised by how much work went into it; my old windows were so thin, and the new ones are nearly double the thickness, requiring a significant amount of cutting to fit properly. Quentin and his team were incredibly thorough. They spent about an hour just preparing the opening, and they really took care to minimize the mess, covering everything with plastic sheeting and containing the sawdust. After installing the windows and ensuring they were completely sealed, they even cleaned up every last bit of debris – it was amazing! What really impressed me was their responsiveness. During a sudden downpour, Quentin and the team put up protective sheets over the window openings, preventing any water from getting inside. They even checked the roof for potential leaks, which I’ll definitely follow up on. They were incredibly professional and dedicated. I had a handyman work on these windows last year, but it turned out the problem wasn’t with the taping. Quentin carefully investigated the issue and pinpointed the source of the leak, which I’m grateful for. I’m planning to have the rest of my windows replaced next year, and I’m really hoping to have Quentin and his team back – they were simply excellent!” report abuse

  “I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the recent shower renovation Rite did for me. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Steve, the representative who came to the house, was incredibly thorough and detailed – he really explained everything and I felt completely confident ordering the work right away. The demolition and plumbing were done so quickly, and they left my house spotless, which was a huge relief. The installation team was amazing! They were professional, incredibly skilled, and so careful; they didn’t make a mess and even vacuumed my entire garage after working in it. Seriously, my garage floor has never looked better. The quality of the Kohler showerhead is outstanding – it’s truly transformed my shower into a luxurious experience. The guys took the time to make sure everything was perfect, testing every fixture before leaving. Honestly, the workmanship is top-notch.
