HD is usually pretty good at having the parts I need, though it can still be a bit tricky to find them, even with the app. I wish they’d use fewer self-checkout lanes, but it’s still a convenient place to shop – overall, it’s just okay.

“I recently bought the 21-piece DeWalt drill bit case, and there was a slight price discrepancy at the checkout. The sticker on the wall showed $19.97, but it was being rung up as $29.97. However, the cashier, Stephanie, quickly checked the sticker price and adjusted the price for me – fantastic customer service!”

“I had a really unsettling experience at the store. From the moment I started checking out, I felt like I was being unfairly scrutinized – it seemed like the staff were more focused on accusing me of stealing than actually assisting me. It was a very uncomfortable and frankly, quite rude, interaction.”

“Home Depot is a really convenient place to shop – I’ve never had trouble finding what I need. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and I’ve always been impressed with the level of customer service.”

“Overall, it’s a really nice place to shop. However, we had a really frustrating experience with the delivery of our vanity. It started with a confusing text and email saying it wouldn't be delivered, and when we went to the store to inquire with customer service, it was a bit of a hassle.”

Overall, it was a really positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – I felt like part of the family and immediately comfortable. They went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for, and I especially appreciated the designated veteran parking spaces.
-
“It’s great that they offer a more competitive price compared to other stores, and the pro rewards program with coupons is definitely a bonus!”

“I was looking for a new dryer and wanted to keep my budget in mind, so I checked out Home Depot – a friend had told me they were having some good sales. The first person I spoke to was actually from the garden center, but she was incredibly helpful and really went out of her way to introduce me to…”

“I’m a little concerned about the situation with the veteran parking spots – it seems like there’s some frustration there. And I also found it disrespectful that someone moved the online pickup signs to shorten their walk; while I understand the convenience, it shouldn’t be at the expense of designated parking areas. I was also confused by the conflicting signage, but I’m confident about the original location due to the concrete markings.”

I had a really frustrating experience at the store today. The manager, Jamie, wasn’t helpful at all. When I tried to explain that my bank had proof of the purchase, she immediately cut me off and said there was nothing she could do, even though the self-checkout system was showing a different situation. It felt like she wasn't genuinely trying to resolve my issue, and frankly, it seemed like her attitude might have been influenced by my appearance.
