  HD is usually pretty good at having the parts I need, though it can still be a bit tricky to find them, even with the app. I wish they’d use fewer self-checkout lanes, but it’s still a convenient place to shop – overall, it’s just okay. report abuse

From the moment I started checking out, I felt like I was being unfairly scrutinized – it seemed like the staff were more focused on accusing me of stealing than actually assisting me.   Overall, it was a really positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – I felt like part of the family and immediately comfortable. They went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for, and I especially appreciated the designated veteran parking spaces. report abuse

  “I’m a little concerned about the situation with the veteran parking spots – it seems like there’s some frustration there. And I also found it disrespectful that someone moved the online pickup signs to shorten their walk; while I understand the convenience, it shouldn’t be at the expense of designated parking areas.   I had a really frustrating experience at the store today. The manager, Jamie, wasn’t helpful at all. When I tried to explain that my bank had proof of the purchase, she immediately cut me off and said there was nothing she could do, even though the self-checkout system was showing a different situation. It felt like she wasn't genuinely trying to resolve my issue, and frankly, it seemed like her attitude might have been influenced by my appearance. report abuse
