  “I recently bought a DeWalt drill bit case, and there was a slight price discrepancy at the checkout. The sticker on the wall indicated a price of $19.97, but it was ringing up as $29.97.   “I had a really negative experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt incredibly off-putting. It seemed like the staff were more focused on questioning my intentions than actually assisting me, and I felt constantly accused of trying to steal.   “Overall, this is a fantastic store to shop at. However, our experience with the delivery of our vanity was really disappointing.   “I was looking for a new dryer and wanted to keep my budget in mind. A friend suggested I check out Home Depot – they had some good sales going on.   “I’m a little concerned about the situation with the veteran parking spots. It feels disrespectful to move the pickup signs just to save a few steps, and honestly, the conflicting signage is confusing.   “I had a very frustrating experience with the store manager, Jamie. She was dismissive and interrupted me repeatedly as I tried to explain my situation – my bank had confirmed my purchase. Ultimately, she said there was nothing she could do, despite the conflicting information.
