Honestly, my experience wasn’t great. The first few workers I spoke with had absolutely no idea what a trailer was, and none of them seemed to know if the dealership sold them. The fourth person actually walked me over to the trailers themselves, but then informed me I couldn’t buy one – it felt a bit confusing and frustrating.

“I was incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at Lowe’s. There were absolutely no cashiers available at the self-checkout lanes – I saw three clerks just standing around. Only one regular register was open, and the line was at least five people long. I ended up having to complain after waiting for ten minutes to get a working register. I won’t be returning to Lowe’s for the time being.”

I was really disappointed with my recent order. Unfortunately, a part was missing and another arrived damaged. When I contacted them to sort it out, I was shocked to be told I’d have to pay an extra $35 to get the missing piece. Honestly, the customer service was terrible and the delivery experience was the worst I’ve ever had.

“I picked up an online order, and while I got an email saying it was ready in the pickup locker, I only found one of the three items inside. I spoke with someone at the front desk about it.”
-
“I really enjoyed my visit – it was such a lovely experience browsing the garden center and snapping some photos with all the beautiful colors. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and parking was a breeze. Plus, the prices were great!”

“I’ve always been a Home Depot shopper, and now that I work nearby the Tudor Place location, I wanted to share my experience. As you’d expect from a Home Depot, the staff here…”

“Overall, I really love shopping at The Home Depot – they have a fantastic selection and consistently offer the best prices in town. However, I’ve had some trouble finding the specific information I need, despite trying several times.”
-
“Home Depot’s a really great place to browse – I love just wandering through the different sections and getting inspired. You always find yourself discovering new things you didn’t realize you needed! Definitely check out the displays at the end of each aisle; they often have some fantastic deals and clearance items.”
-
“Overall, I had a really positive experience at the appliance section. The representative was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions about dryers and going above and beyond to explain the different models available.”
-
“As a busy general contractor, my time is valuable, so I really appreciate a good local store. I bought a snow blower there last Tuesday, and while it seemed promising at first, unfortunately it didn't perform as expected. I tried to return it the following Friday because it wasn’t throwing the snow properly and wasn't moving forward – a real problem for my work.”
