  Honestly, my experience wasn’t great. The first few workers I spoke with had absolutely no idea what trailers were, and one even admitted he didn’t know if we sold them! Then, one of them took me to see the trailers themselves, but the final person I spoke with said I couldn’t buy one. It was quite confusing. report abuse

  “I was incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at Lowe’s. There were three people at the self-checkout lanes completely ignoring customers, and only one open register staffed by a person. I waited for over ten minutes before I even had the chance to speak to someone about opening another register. It was a really disorganized and unacceptable situation.” report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with my recent order. A door was missing and another arrived damaged. To top it off, when I contacted customer service to sort it out, they offered to charge me an extra $35 to replace the missing door – it was the worst customer service and delivery experience I’ve ever had. report abuse

  “As a busy general contractor, my time is valuable, so I really appreciate a smooth shopping experience. I recently bought a snow blower there on Tuesday, but unfortunately, it didn’t perform as expected.
