The staff at this Home Depot are truly outstanding. They really make a difference – they’re incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to assist customers.

“I was really disappointed with my recent visit to the South Anchorage store. I bought a tool with a set of batteries, and it was clearly advertised as a free promotion. Unfortunately, when I went to check out, they wouldn’t honor the deal. It was a frustrating situation.”
-
“We had a really frustrating situation with the flooring order. There was a problem with the system, and unfortunately, the order never actually went through with the manufacturer. This pushed our project back by another six weeks – a huge setback. I spoke with one of the managers to discuss it.”
-
“I went in with a specific goal – to buy a dishwasher – and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me make a sale, and it took over 30 minutes to even get someone to assist me, even after I actively tried to get an appliance associate’s attention.”

“I absolutely love this Home Depot location – it’s my go-to! Bob in the electrical department was fantastic; he was so helpful and really figured out a great solution for me when I accidentally uncovered an underground cable in my backyard. Then, Gina in the garden center was also wonderful when I was picking up some lawn seed. Really top-notch service all around.”

I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. I needed some help and the worker I spoke to seemed completely uninterested in assisting me, immediately telling me he’d have to get his manager involved. I ended up waiting for fifteen agonizing minutes right there in the aisle, still without help, and finally found someone else to assist me. It was really disappointing.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this store. I waited over an hour for Adrianna, who was supposed to be the cabinet specialist, and she was a full 30 minutes late to our 2pm appointment. To make matters worse, she appeared to be unwell when she finally arrived – she looked like she hadn’t slept and had food on her.

I’m incredibly concerned about my experience with Home Depot and Citi. I’ve been left with the strong impression that they’ve engaged in fraudulent practices and have been unfairly targeting my family. I’m deeply troubled by the sheer volume of complaints I’ve seen regarding Home Depot, and frankly, I’m worried about the potential harm they’ve caused to other families. It’s clear that these issues haven’t been adequately addressed, and I’m left feeling incredibly frustrated and disillusioned.

“It’s a decent place to find a few things, but I’d stick to ordering smaller items – I wouldn’t trust them with anything big. I was expecting a delivery of a jack within 1-3 days, but the update was a real disappointment…”

Gary was fantastic to work with during my kitchen renovation – I highly recommend him and will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who needs a kitchen designer.
