  Joe and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new crossbuck vinyl fence! We signed the contract on April 4th, and it was completed about five weeks later – even with a bit of rain. The two-person team arrived around 10 am and worked diligently until 6 pm. Honestly, when I saw the finished fence, I was blown away – it really elevates both our properties. Joe was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, answering all our questions about the materials and the prep work with a friendly and professional attitude. The office staff were also so welcoming and cheerful. I’ll definitely be using Abbey for all my future fencing needs! report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the entire experience. Chris was fantastic – he responded to our quote request right before Thanksgiving and followed up quickly. Three weeks later, our new fence was installed perfectly, exactly as we’d envisioned, and the gate works flawlessly.   Overall, Abbey did a really nice job installing the cedar fence and the new door/gate on my property. The fence looks fantastic, and I appreciate the salesman’s helpfulness. However, I’ve had a couple of issues with the latches on the chain link door and the cedar gate, and initially, the response from the company was pretty concerning. The chain link latch spins freely and can be easily pushed open, and the larger gate latch now seems to be jammed because the door frame has shifted since installation. I understand these are likely minor fixes, but the fact that it took so long to get someone to even acknowledge the problem—and the promise of a callback within 4-6 weeks—was a little frustrating. Thankfully, the service manager stepped in and got the problem resolved quickly, within a day or two. I’m really pleased with the final outcome and grateful for their prompt attention to detail. report abuse

  I was really pleased with Abbey Fence – from the very beginning, they were professional and incredibly efficient. The sales rep who came to my house was fantastic; he was super accommodating with my schedule and easy to communicate with. He gave me a fair price and worked with me when I mentioned a lower quote I’d gotten elsewhere. I was initially told the installation would happen after Labor Day, but they surprised me by calling last Friday to see if they could get it done sooner. It turned out they just needed access to a power outlet and water, and they got right to work. Francisco and his brother were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly hardworking and finished the entire fence in just one day, before 9:00 a.m. to be exact. They even built a custom gate to fit my specific needs. The fence itself is fantastic – it's solid and well-built. I’d definitely recommend Abbey Fence – they offer a great value and a truly reliable service. report abuse

  Francisco and Jim from Abbey Fence & Deck Co. did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new aluminum fence. They were both so professional and friendly – a real pleasure to have around. Beyond just doing the job, they were incredibly knowledgeable and offered some really helpful advice on gate placement and other details that really elevated the look of the fence. They even went above and beyond by trimming bushes and installing a much better gate latch than we’d initially planned.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with this company. They were incredibly efficient and completed the fence installation quickly, exactly to my specifications. The customer service was fantastic – everyone was helpful and friendly. My only piece of advice would be to be very clear about your desired features; I was initially hoping for metal reinforcement on the corners, but I learned that’s only possible with straight sections due to the pre-made holes for the vinyl. Despite that, they were accommodating and I’m really happy with the finished fence. I’d definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for my deck project. report abuse

  Overall, Abbey Fence & Deck did a fantastic job installing our new vinyl privacy fence. They finished the project four weeks ahead of schedule, and the fence itself looks absolutely beautiful. The crew was incredibly efficient and precise in their work, and we really appreciated their flexibility – they even accommodated our request to leave a section open for a couple of weeks while we waited for our shed to arrive, and then completed the installation the very next day.
