  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I originally called three months ago to get a repair quote for my fence, but no one ever showed up or contacted me. I followed up a few months later, and the secretary assured me someone would get back to me, but that never happened. When I called again, she transferred me to a guy named Nick, who immediately told me he wasn’t interested in the job. The customer service was just awful – they didn't even bother to provide a quote, which made the whole process feel incredibly unprofessional.” report abuse

  I have to say, Bob at Maryland Fence went above and beyond – it was truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a construction supply company. I had a really frustrating situation with another supplier who delivered a chain link gate that was completely wrong, and then refused to fix it after another three weeks! I contacted Maryland Fence, explained the whole ordeal, and needed a new gate urgently. Bob took my order and built a 10’ tall, 20’ wide, 570 lb gate – a pretty complex job – and had it ready for pickup and installation within 24 hours. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a quicker turnaround. I really wish I’d used Maryland Fence for this gate from the start. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life, and they have everything you need – they're the place to go! report abuse
