More recently, in November 2022, they completely re-decked our 100-year-old Craftsman porch, and Dan and his crew were fantastic.   I couldn’t be happier with the work Freedom Fence and Home, Inc. did for us. From the very beginning, scheduling the estimate to the final completion, their service and the quality of their workmanship were outstanding. They were incredibly respectful of our property and mindful of our time. A few months later, we noticed some settling in the wood, which created a slight bow in a couple of places. But they responded so quickly, sending someone out to assess the issue and scheduling the repairs within just a week or two. They were always punctual, brought in full crews, and got the job done really efficiently – it was fantastic!   I couldn’t be happier with Freedom Fence and Home – they did a fantastic job installing my vinyl privacy fence on my patio eight months ago. From the very beginning, the whole team was just outstanding. Brent, the estimator, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and Candy in the office was always responsive. But it was Steve and his crew who really stood out; they were polite, professional, and incredibly thorough. They handled everything so smoothly, from getting the necessary permits to dealing with any changes to the contract, and of course, the fence installation itself. What impressed me most was how attentive they were – Steve even called to let me know when they arrived and when they were finished. It was such a thoughtful touch, especially since I was at work. When I got home, the area was spotless! I recently had a quick maintenance question, and they responded within the same day with a really detailed answer.   “I’m so happy with the fence Freedom Fence installed in my front yard about six years ago – it still looks fantastic and everyone always comments on how nice it is. The only downside is that with all the sun our yard gets, some of the boards have unfortunately warped a little over time. However, when I contacted Freedom Fence about it, they were incredibly generous and actually came out to replace the warped sections themselves, completely without obligation!   I was so pleased with Freedom Fence – they really stood out from the other companies I contacted. Brian did a fantastic job helping me get a clear understanding of what I needed, and he was incredibly responsive, even with my hectic schedule. When we had to remove our garage, they were fantastic; Brent immediately contacted me and got us scheduled for the next day. The installation team worked diligently, staying on-site from about 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Steve, the owner, checked in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. I especially appreciated his final inspection and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be using Freedom Fence again for my next fencing project – I highly recommend them! report abuse
