I’m incredibly disappointed with the fence installation. I spent $12,000 on a new fence and it’s frankly unacceptable. The quality of the work is poor – there’s warping, unfinished handles, inconsistent spacing, and significant gaps. The painted hardware is already chipping and failing, and to make matters worse, I’ve been unable to get any response or resolution from the company after contacting them. It’s a terrible experience, especially after investing such a large amount of money, and I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
