  “We had a really disappointing experience with Lift. The equipment arrived broken, and despite our staff spending the entire day (9:30 AM to 2:00 PM) waiting for it to be fixed, they were unable to offer any concrete solutions or actually resolve the issue. It’s frustrating that they simply kept saying they’d adjust the price without explaining how they would fix the problem. This was an interior job, and they were unable to access the space. Considering the wasted time and cost – costing us four times the rental fee – we’re incredibly concerned about the value we received.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this rental experience. The prices were extremely high – I paid $700 for an 8-hour rental with delivery, and an additional $127 for gas. The delivery fee felt completely unreasonable, especially since I couldn’t actually use the equipment myself to fill it up.
