FCI did a fantastic job installing the luxury vinyl flooring in our three rooms! John and Grek were incredibly efficient and professional – they were there early, did a truly magnificent job with the installation and left everything spotless. I also want to give a huge thanks to Bonnie and Payton for keeping us updated throughout the entire process. We’re so pleased with the work and definitely plan to use FCI for future projects.

“I absolutely loved working with Floor Coverings International! They completed four different flooring projects in my new home – carpet, vinyl plank, tile, and hardwoods – and I was incredibly impressed with the quality of their work on every single one. What really stood out to me was how seamlessly they matched the new hardwood floors to the existing stain in the rest of the house. They were so attentive to detail and went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future remodeling projects, especially for my bathroom and kitchen!”

“We were absolutely thrilled with the carpet installation – it looks fantastic! We’ll definitely be using their services again for any future projects. Lindsay, Kim, and Payton were incredibly helpful and responded to all of our questions so quickly. And Roberto and Eric, our installers, did an outstanding job, not only with the installation itself but also with expertly arranging our furniture afterward.”

As this was our second project with Floor Coverings International, we’re already looking forward to working with them again.”

We were absolutely thrilled with the work Floor Coverings International did – both the LVP in our basement and the carpet on our stairs were fantastic! We’ve been so impressed with them, in fact, that we used them for our bedroom LVP three years ago, and we knew right away we’d call them again for our basement project. We love Floor Coverings International and will definitely be using them for all our future flooring needs!

Bonnie and her team did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our basement! She was so knowledgeable and patient, and it was genuinely easy to work with her throughout the whole process. Kim, the manager, was also fantastic at keeping us informed, and the installers were incredibly skilled and really wanted to ensure we were happy with the final result. We were especially pleased that they managed to get everything completed before the holidays, and we got a great price on the flooring – it was better than what other companies offered. We’ll definitely be using them again!

Honestly, my experience with FCI was incredibly frustrating. While they initially provided a cost estimate and explained the delay with the flooring, things quickly spiraled out of control. The project manager, Payton, seemed completely disorganized. He’d tell me the flooring was in, only to call back a couple of hours later and say the office had made a mistake. It felt like a constant stream of miscommunications and last-minute changes. They hadn’t even bothered to check on the status of the materials while they were on back order for a month! After two weeks of this, they finally got the floors in, but then the stair guy got his dates mixed up, and it was one problem after another. The installers themselves even told me they were being pushed around with no notice. At one point, they tried to shift the blame, claiming I’d added to the scope of the project, despite the fact that the flooring was on back order for a month. It was completely unacceptable that they didn't take responsibility for any of the issues. In the end, the job took two weeks, my basement closet wasn't finished, and they even damaged my blinds and solar light – and no one responded to my concerns. I wouldn't recommend using FCI; it was a complete disaster.

Overall, the experience with this flooring company was just average. They completed a significant amount of flooring throughout my house a few years back, and while the price was reasonable, the quality of the work wasn’t quite what I anticipated. They did make it clear that the edges of the stairs would be challenging, but I was still disappointed that they weren’t addressed properly. I also noticed some unevenness and buckling in a few areas, which I brought to their attention, and they did attempt a fix, though the problem persisted. Considering the investment I made, I expected a much higher standard of finish.

“I was really impressed with FCI’s work on our recent retail project – the demo LVT, substrate prep, and porcelain tile installation. They tackled a very tight deadline, completing the entire job in just over a night, and the quality was exceptional. What really stood out was their comprehensive approach; they handled everything from materials to installation. They were incredibly proactive, carefully removing our existing fixtures and taking steps to protect the sales floor. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole process – with my team, with our customer, and even with the store manager on-site. I wholeheartedly recommend FCI; they’re a truly great company to work with.”
