  Michael from South Cypress was absolutely fantastic! He went out of his way to help me when I was trying to order a tile – he quickly let me know it was discontinued and apologized for the outdated website information. He even provided me with a list of local stores that might have it. After I chose some other colors, he double-checked their availability and processed my order for me, completely free of charge.   Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience purchasing porcelain tile online. I admit, I started out a little hesitant about buying something so big over the internet, but the website was really professional and easy to navigate. I especially appreciated being able to speak directly with the team – they were all based in Alabama and had a really friendly, clear Southern accent. They kept me completely updated on the order process, and the shipment arrived exactly when they said it would. I was also really impressed that all the batch numbers matched up perfectly, giving me complete confidence in the quality of the tile and the finished look. My installer was blown away by how carefully the tile was packed and shipped; he’d never seen anything handled with such attention to detail, and, of course, the price was very competitive too. report abuse

  I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. From start to finish, it was a complete mess. My original order was significantly delayed, and they claimed the tiles were damaged. Worse yet, when the tiles finally arrived, they weren’t packaged properly – there was no protective packaging at all, just flimsy cardboard around the edges. As a result, the tiles were exposed and several had chipped edges and marker marks. I reported my concerns through their survey and multiple calls, but received no follow-up or resolution. They ultimately declined to offer a replacement or a shipping refund, and frankly, the whole process felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using this company – it was the worst experience I’ve had with a shipping company, and I’ll be sharing my negative feedback with anyone who will listen. report abuse
